I'm really stuck on this question :/

A Quadratic sequence starts: 302, 600, 894, 1184, 1470. What is the nth term?

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

I have found the difference between each term so 298,294,290 etc
I then found the difference of all of these which equals 4 but im confused on what to do next?
