Bocconi Bachelor Job Prospects

I'm interested in applying to Bocconi from Canada because I want to study in Europe. I'm planning to do a Bachelors in Finance and then a Masters in Finance somewhere in the UK. I've heard it's hard to graduate from there with some international students still writing exams 1-2 years after the third year and then people having difficulty finding employment with just the bachelors. Is this true? Will it be hard to get a scholarship being a non-EU applicant?
