best ways to prepare for ukcat?

I would say: start with a book to make sure you get the point and that you build your technique. This ISC Medical book is considered the best one. There is a new version out this year: See https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/1905812183

Then do the online practice questions on the ukcat website.
Then if you want more practice take one of the online providers of questions. There are quite a few around.

Start with a book as the other person said. Such as the 600 questions book.

Then get a MEDIFY subscription for two or three weeks.

1.Buy the 600 UKCAT Practice Question book.
2.Take your exam before school starts.
    3.Allocate time to study.
    4.stick to your study routine.
    5.Learn to manage your time.
    6.Speed up your mental maths.
    7.Read broadsheet newspapers.
8.Do as many questions as you can.
9.Don't worry if you don't do as well as you'd have liked.
    10.On exam day,don't stress out!
