    I would politely turn it down, I believe in the long term I will do much better.

    Does this just mean dropping out of college and university? Because if so, I would take the £500,000. If I need to be further educated then, I can just consult the almighty wisdom of Google, and maybe books if necessary. And it's not like I'd need qualifications. I could just start my own company, and why would I care what's on my CV if I'm self-employed?
