I feel like the decision is more to do with the quality of the courses you want to do and what kind of learner you are rather than one in general being better than the other.

Sixth forms are more like an extension of school, college gives you more freedom. If you know you'll do better with teachers being around to keep you on task, go to sixth form. If you want to be able to do what you want and be more chill but have to be more responsible for your own grades, go to college.

Your end goal isn't really affected by whichever one you do because they'll be more likely to look at your achievements rather than where you got them.
College because you can be working part-time gaining skills you will need for the workplace such as hospitality, communication etc. Also it will help you build up your CV which wil probably help quite a bit in getting into Emirates, right?
If you want to do A-levels then go to a sixth form
