I have been living in the UK for more than 8 years and I still have my EU passport.
I was planning on going university next year (2017-2018) as a normal student paying standard fee of £9000. How will Brexit impact me?

I'm in a similarish situation. EU passport but been here for 10 years and starting my 2nd year at Uni in September. I am filling out the permanent residency form looking to applying for citizenship next year.

In theory during the 2 years of negotiations nothing should change but after that all bets are off. I would encourage you to at least apply for permanent residency because after receipt of the document you have to wait another year before you can apply for a British passport - this is providing it is the path you want to follow.
