Yes, we're now free from the shackles that forced us to give employment rights, consumer rights, animal welfare and climate change legislation. I've never felt so liberated!!
Yes, because of course we were a completely backward country before that. We didn't fight for women's rights before the EU even existed. We didn't help our neighbours in the war effort during their time of need. We didn't adopt a socially liberal attitude towards homosexuality much before a lot of other European countries, some of which are still very homophobic. We didn't bring about the foundation of the welfare state. We didn't realise that people need healthcare regardless of income and bring in the NHS.

No. None of that happened. What an utterly backwards nation we'd have been without the EU bureaucrats in Brussels and their 600+ regulations for toasters.

Yet makes up nearly 20% of the EU GDP. Bit unfair to me.
London contributes 22% of UK's GDP and yet only makes up 12% of parliament, clearly unfair. Either each London constituency must be given two MPs (you can keep extra ones from Havering and Brexly, its cool) or else London must take back control and exit from the undemocratic, and out of control institution that is UK.
