Chances of being accepted if missed offer?

Hey guys, so I'm in a bit of a pickle here. I have an offer for G100 Maths. I just had STEP III today and I'm pretty sure I'm going to get a 3,3 in II and III respectively. My offer was 1,2 for II and III. What are my chances of getting in? Since my A2 offer is A*A*AA, if I obtain say A*A*A*A or A*A*AAA, am I more likely to be accepted?
