Exams over but still so stressed out

    If anything, I'm feeling more stressed now that they're over than I was during them. Why can't I just feel a sense of relief? It's not even that the exams went that badly; I am upset and stressed out by everything else. It is really disheartening to have gone through a month of exams and just feel scared, down and alone at the end of it.

    Any thoughts from people who can relate, or any advice would be really appreciated.

    Don't know if this will help, but could you try cutting all the ties to exams? By that I mean like get all your notes and put them away somewhere/throw them out, take a trip somewhere for instance with your friends (maybe Europe if you have the money! ), find something else to do with your time like get a PT job or buy some good TV boxsets/subscribe to netflix for a couple of months. Basically just anything to tell your brain that exams are over and you can now relax.
