16 year old workout plan

Now that i have a whole summer I need to fix up. Im gonna start hitting the gym and im hoping to lose all my moobs and tummy fat and gain a few abs. Im 16 btw. so my questions are:
1. Is this possible for a 16 year old to do in the space of 10 weeks?
2.If so, what is the best workout plan I can use?
Thanks.

1. Yes
2. Calisthenics, body weight and eating clean. I'm advising against tons of protein shakes etc, as excess amounts will: be expensive, fattening, and you'll deflate once you can't afford to buy anymore.
Check out the FAQ here

basically you do Strong lifts 5x5, get lots of sleep, eat lots of Veg,fruit, proteins, healthy fats like peanut butter. Avoid fast food etc, drink good amount of water

You can do this bro I believe in you

If you want me to go in further detail then just ask

Are you sure that plan will work?

I don't agree with this plan at all - where's the upper body lifting? Why are you advising to not eat complex carbs? This is what OP should be eating! Why are you advising to eat lots of protein? Only 0.8-1.2g per kg of body weight is necessary.

1) The whole of workout B is clearly upper body.

2) If you're losing fat you need to cut down of complex carbs too.

3) More protein + working out = more muscle = higher metabolism = more calories burnt.

4) I know what I'm saying/doing.

5) Been doing/studying this for 10+ years

Absolutely terrible

Vinegar for fat loss - lmao
Press up for primary mass builder - wut
No mention of reps or sets - ???
Vagina ups - pls
Bonus fat loss when you wake up from water - ????? magic water????
Apples contain a pretty low amount of fibre in the grand scheme of fibre
Bulky is a nothing word
Complex carbs become fat easier than simple - that's not how it works
Breakfast is not magic

Sadly I think your username contradicts what'll happen if you follow your plan - you won't see results.

You evidently know nothing about nutrition, metabolism.

This isn't a mass building workout.

You're nitpicking.

Breakfast is magic. Just believe.

Vagina ups - this plan was made for my gf it was a bit of bants please dont cry. Thanks

I'm 16 too. Here's what I am doing
On YouTube I am doing Anna saccone's six week workout plan over and over until the summer ends.
As well as 10000 steps everyday (download argus)
And drinking lots of water

Please provide documented evidence that complex carbs are turned into fat slower than simple sugars. Furthermore evidence of vinegar being a effective fat burner and water increasing metabolism for an hour first thing in the morning is also required. Largely evidence is needed because your points are bogus
Breakfast is not magic - see intermittent fasting

And the concept of sharing that "routine" (that is actually a list of exercises and quasi science) that includes vagina ups publically is hilariously immature

This is the biggest thing most people can do to improve their health. If we've not already got it in the FAQ, we should have something about it. Walk a lot, and walk often. Don't stroll lazily when you walk.

Is it in the FAQ?

That is the question

Yes you can definitely make a difference in 10 weeks as long as you eat healthy and exercise regularly throughout that time. I've been doing FitnessBlender videos for 2 years now- their workouts are really good! 10/10 would recommend. Here's the link https://www.youtube.com/user/FitnessBlender
I also recommend going to the gym and doing weights if that's an option for you. Good luck! :dumbells:
Can you please go into further detail
