University of Manchester vs Birmingham vs Edinburgh for chemical engineering?

Hello! Im an international student looking to study chemical engineering in the UK. I'm considering the offers from these universities and I want your advice on which of them I should be joining. Please discuss in terms of international reputation as Im most probably gonna be leaving to canada once I get my Meng. More importantly, and since they're all great universities, please discuss in terms of the beauty of the city/campus, How nice are people, the ability to adapt, the night life, etc.. Also, which cities are the most accepting as although I'm of german descend and I am white, I do carry an Arabic name, so it would be nice to not get weird looks whenever someone hears my name :biggrin: ...
