As a final note, good luck to anyone taking the exam and we hope you get the results you need this Summer

2. Network flows are really messy, I recommend bringing lots of different coloured pens when you augment your flows, it has really helped me.
3. Does anyone have the condensed papers for June 13 onwards? Would be greatly appreciated.
Anyway, hope everyone is feeling good about this exam, it's been a long exam season but this is the end and hopefully one of the easiest!
4. Dynamic programming question: A wide load needs moving from one town to another and the driver wants to find the route which allows him to keep the width limit as wide as possible. Is this minimal or maximin? I'm really struggling to get my head around it any help would be really appreciated.
https://youtu.be/7fvSAASZwnY This video says its minimax however I think it's maximin.

Maximin surely
6. Yeah maximin because I think you are maximising the minimum width limit.
7. Yeah is maximin
8. This must be the last a-level exam this year. Good luck to anyone taking it.
9. I hope my decision to turn up to this exam will be a wise one. Well... it's not like I have a choice after that catastrophe of M3. Good luck!
10. Last exam!!!! In 14 hours I'll be a free woman! 😂😂😭😅good luck guys
11. Is it just me that found 2015 really quite difficult? Especially Q3,5,6

I thought 2015 was one of the easiest papers. Except losing 2 marks on the first Q lolI didn't like 2014, dunno why
13. I hope the only really tough Q's are dynamic programming and network flows bc I don't like nitty picky Q's where u can lose easy marks lol.but fingers crossed it will be easy due to the D1 paper being pretty easy
14. Could someone help me with resource smoothing/levelling?So I know you have the earliest starting time, duration and latest finish time. When you're smoothing out the 'blocks' of activities can you ever go passed the LATEST FINISH TIME for an activity? Or do you have to stay within between the earliest and latest time boundary?

I think it has to stay between earlier and latest boundaries, otherwise other activities might get delayed.
16. Can someone explain how you would prove your maximum flow after completing the labeling procedure? Do you take the cut from the initial network or your new one with max flows? and where the F do you place the cut?? I get its meant to be = Max flow but there are so many flows to check!!! thankyou
17. Struggling with resource levelling.....Is there any easy way to doing it or do you just have to figure it out the long way?
18. How did people find it? What did we get for the new time after the resource levelling with the 2 workers?
