    Hi Najama

Before selecting a product, there are some things you may need to consider

Cause of dry skin - diabetes, malnutrition, some medications, harsh topical products, long hot showers etc - these factors would need to be addressed if they are present

Application technique - moisturiser should be applied to MOIST skin NOT dry skin

Type of Moisturiser - must be thick and contain no perfume or alcohol

Good tip: Add a "teaspoon" of "glycerin" to some moisturiser that is approximately equal in size to a "sprout". Mix together in palm of hand and then apply to the whole body. Glycerin is a "humectant" - i.e. it draws moisture into the skin and therefore your moisturiser becomes very effective.

From personal experience "Oilatum cream " (fragrance free) mixed with a little glycerin is effective for applying to the body.

For the face, I could recommend a few products but they would need to be considered along side products which are being used as part of the overall skin care routine.

    Hope this helps
