How do I upload electronic copies?

I don't know how many courses expect you to do this, but my course (Primary Education) is expecting me to upload electronic copies of GCSE results/passport and birth certificate and other things. How do I do this? I literally have no idea. I really don't get it, they've already seen my GCSE results, I showed them at my interview and how am I supposed to upload my passport to a website? Can't I just go to Carmarthen and show them my actual passport?

I've emailed them and everything and they didn't answer my question at all, they just said "please upload them to the portal". That didn't help me seeing as it's how to upload them that's the problem, and I don't really want to ask them again.

Any help at all would be appreciated, or just let me know if you also have to do this and have no idea how!

I used a scanner it take a copy of the things they wanted and then uploaded the copy onto the page I think you could do the same with a photo hope this helps
