Anyone with English as their Second language please help with short survey.

Hello,
I am a postgraduate student at the University of Kent. I am just about to complete my masters degree but I have a dissertation in the way of relaxing this summer!!
I need students with English as their second language to fill in a short questionnaire about their attitude and experiences with coursebooks.
I am happy to fill in some surveys in return.
