2 job offers.

Why bother with a post grad course - waste of time? 17-10-2016

I have 2 job offers for service desk positions.

Ones at a large charity with a relaxed environment, 27 days holiday, 30 minute commute, opportunities to progress but their IT dept is only around 25 people. I will have more exposure to project and migrations.

The other is at a MSP which offers great training for Microsoft exams and progression but requires men to work on call sometimes, it has a serious corporate environment, it pays £500 more but will take an hour to get to and has rotating shifts and will require me to work 30 minutes more each day.

What position do you think is best?
