I finished school a couple of weeks ago which means that i never ever have to do any form of fitness. During the last 2 years of school i always managed to get out of doing pe bc i hated getting sweaty and ruining my clothes (yes i was that girl )
I used to do dance, netball and athletics every week and that keep me going but know I realised that i need to find a way of eat healthily (my mindset is that if i eat a chocolate bar and then have a fruit, the fruit will get rid of the choc in my body. I know that it's not true at all but in my mind i made myself believe that lol!!). I have zero motivation at all but i don't want to damage my body with **** that i eat.

To get to the point what is an easy way of staying in shape and eating healthily and how do i maintain it.

    lol any advice/tips ???!!:p:$

Reduce the amount of crap you eat. Find a sport you enjoy and play/ do it lots. Whether that be running, swimming, netball, hockey, martial arts etc

    That's the easiest way
