Postgraduate applicants 2017/2018

So with results being released I thought it was a good idea to set up a thread for post graduate applicants for 2017/2018.

Feel free to add your course and where you'll be applying :h:

---------

I'm taking a year out to save up some money and get some more lab experience.

I'll be applying for:

Leicester- MSc molecular pathology and therapeutics of cancer
Birmingham- MRes Cancer Sciences
Sheffield- MRes Translational Oncology
Nottingham- MSc Oncology
Cardiff- MSc cancer biology and therapeutics

I'm too taking a year our to save up some money. I will hopefully be applying to

University of Sheffield - MSc Translational Neuroscience
University of Manchester - MSc Neuroscience
University of Birmingham - MRes Molecular and Cellular Biology

would love to apply to Kings, UCL and Imperial for Neuroscience but it is undoubtedly expensive.

Out of interest, where are you planning on getting Lab experience? I too would love to get some experience in a research lab to boost my application but not sure who to ask.

I have some behind me from a second year internship and I've been welcomed to come back to the same lab for the next year *
I am yet to complete my undergrad, 1 year still left.

I will be applying for:
University of York- MSc Economics and Public Policy
University of Manchester- MSc Environmental Economics
University of Exeter- MSc Economics

I am worried because I have average grades in my Bachelors (6.5/10) but I do have a lot of work experience with NGO's, I dont know if they will consider this or not.

Feel free to send me your suggestions regarding choosing the uni with such scores.
Still waiting for a board related to performing arts entry for 2017, since that's what I'll be studying. And I hope you don't mind me being a US student, either. I've been postponing since 2013, and I hope that next year will finally be the year that I'll be going to university!

East 15 Acting School: Acting (International) MA
Guildford School of Acting/University of Surrey: Acting MA
Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts: Acting MA
LAMDA: Classical Acting for the Professional Theatre MA
Central School of Speech & Drama: Classical Acting MA

Hey all. I'm an American student finally applying to postgrad programs. I earned my BA in 2011 and real life got in the way for a bit.

I'm applying to various taught masters programs for Modern History.

At this point, my list includes:
- Oxbridge - You have nothing to lose but the application fee.
- Durham
- St Andrews
- Edinburgh
- Warwick
- Sussex
- York
- Nottingham

I may add a few more... it seems like a long list, but I will be attending grad school in 2017.
