Health and social care degree? HNC/HND

I am wondering how, if at all your job prospects improved after doing this subject. I am currrently a support worker qualified at QCF level 3, but want to do the HNC/D to improve my career prospects. I may go on to complete the final top-up year at uni after for the full health and social care degree. However unlike the social work or nursing degree, you dont come out of this degree with a "specific" qualification which qualifies you in that profession.

After the HND could I top up in a different degree? Or will it be only health and social care available to me? I love the subject but what jobs are available after it that wont entail me doing another 3 years at university???
I've just asked a very similar question on another post, so watching this post with interest! Sorry that wasn't helpful to you 😕
