don't do it, it lowers your testostone. Their a few academic research papers which show this.*

However if you are masturbating everyday then this needs to stop.

Sexual desire varies from person to person, so it's completely normal for some people to want to do it every (or several times a) day.
I do it 5 times a day. I like the sensation.
