NAO vs BDO

Hi, I am quite confused between 2 job offers. I have got a job offer from the NAO as accounts examiner and from BDO as senior auditor. I was working before at PwC for 2 years as an audit associate; I did not quite like my experience there.

I am 23 years old. I have done a degree in accounting and finance and have cleared all my Professional accountancy papers.
I love my work-life balance. However, I will be getting twice the salary at BDO.

What makes my decision difficult is the fact that there is not so much pressure at BDO (compared to PwC) but also the fact that in 2-3 years I will be getting all the monetary and non-monetary benefits that a government servant is entitled to.
It will take me a long time to get promoted to a senior auditor at the NAO. However the work seems interesting, I will be involved in the audit of ministries and parastatal bodies.

The audit field does not interest me but those are the only types of jobs I am getting.

Where do I find myself in 10 years ??? Well, I want a nice government job
