Until we sort out democracy in our own backyard I will continue to think that leaving the EU was a mistake. Many of our issues as a country are caused by our own government so to pin all of our hopes on becoming a fairer nation for all by getting rid of the EU bogeyman is extremely naive.

Also, the opening is a slight strawman considering that we don't live in a direct democracy - we live in a representative one. So unless you believe that every person should get a vote on every single piece of policy passed then your accusations of people disputing the referendum as being "anti-democratic" is a non-argument.
