Unite students - far gosford street accommodation

Hello.

I booked accommodation through the Coventry website with Far Gosford Street being my first preference for accommodation. However, I just checked the Unite Students website (whose building it is basically) and it says there that it is sold out. So now, I'm confused as to whether I will get a place or not because I did put it as my first preference but on their main website it says it has been sold out. So does that mean, the people who booked through cov uni website will have some places reserved for them or are all places sold out? Can anyone help please?

The accomodation is called Callice Court and I believe they give half to the university and half to rent out themselves, so they've probably sold out of their rooms, while the uni is still giving out their allocation. You will be contacted by the university via email when they have accommodated your room, is your offer conditional or unconditional btw?
