why is racism against non blacks not taken seriously?

So I'm Asian, and I've experienced a pretty decent amount of overt racism in my life, and I know that my parents have also experienced several times where people have been overtly racist to them. The amount of invert racism that has been pretty obvious I can't even count but let's just say overt racism as everyone's gonna be like: well you don't have proof.
i don't know about you guys, but I certainly feel like racism against non blacks just either aren't taken seriously or no one believes.
Well look at the people who take racism against black people so seriously... is it not black people themselves? Maybe Asians or pretty much anyone else non-black should start taking it seriously themselves as a step forward. Obviously everyone needs to take racism against anyone seriously, but these things tend to start at home first.
