It seems that in taking on a bit of light summer reading, I have completely embroiled myself into next year's topics. In finding extra quotes, or other scholar's opinions, I am trying desperately to come up with quotes for the evaluation points. I included one from Nile Green in his book Religion, Language and Power, where he says 'Thus 'sacred language' operates [omitted] to preserve the exclusivity [omitted] of one 'faith' group.'. I have used this for a point under the question 'Religious Language can only be understood in the context of religious belief.' Assess this view. where it mentions that terms used in religious language can not always be understood by non-believers. Unsurprisingly, this question is the one I am struggling to find quotes or scholars for. Any help as to whether the quote above is okay or any advice as to where to find such quotes?
