Recently, I finished my BA in accounting with 2.1 honours from Glyndwr University and my preferences are like this: Economics>Finance>Accounting.
Although Economics has more prestige than the other two specialities, I think Finance has more future professionally.
The fact is that I recently applied to a few universities and got offered atm:
Coventry - MSc Global Finance (includes 2 months intership)
South Bank - MSc International Finance (includes 5 months work placement)
Birkbeck - MSc Economics
Kent - MSc Finance
While I am still waiting the reply from:
SOAS - MSc Finance (no work placement)
King's College - Accounting & Finance (no work placement)
Queens Mary - Accounting & Finance (no work placement)
Surrey - MSc Economics (no work placement)
Cass - MSC Corporate Finance (no work placement)
Cass - MSc Banking and International Finance (no work placement)
Could you please take the time to order by preference of opportunity cost in a ranking which one you think ideally should value this?
Thanks for reading!
