2016 Tesco Questionnaire Hell

Okay, so it's not for the sake of trying, I swear. I don't need anyone yapping "if you can't do the questionnaire then the job isn't for you." I have tried countless times and was successful for a little streak, but suddenly I am unsuccessful on every application. Originally I answered the questionnaire myself, so I recalled to TSR to see if I could find anything on the forums. - Question 22 A

But no luck. I think I've tried every combination on the planet. I don't understand why suddenly I am not being successful when I once was. I have checked for new questions they may have included and answered them appropriately. If someone could give me some advice or tell me where I am going wrong in the answers that would be greatly appreciated.
