Merely listing books, cases, journal articles or other sources will not impress Universities. You would be better identifying the area of law which interests you, reading something worthwhile for it and then engaging with it in your personal statement.
So, if you are interested in constitutional law for example, you might read Dicey and then speak in a paragraph about your interest in this particular area of law and how you found Dicey interesting, going on to discuss very briefly a point you found interesting.
Reading lots of books and name dropping will not impress at all.
