My Facebook seems empty of platitudes

Usually after an Islamic attack like this my Facebook is filled with posts spouting the usual platitudes and whataboutery, however, this time I find it bare. Has anyone else experienced the same thing? Has all the fawning and deflection begun to lose steam?

I wouldn't know. I was so upset last year by the photos of that dead kid washed up on a Turkish beach that I unfollowed everyone who posts anything even vaguely political on my thread. As a result, my Facebook hardly changes at all. I have fond memories of the time when Facebook was a place to share stupid photos of yourself and what you have been up to. Now-a-days it seems to simply reflect the record of what you have read online and most of that is benign and trivial. I tend to avoid.
