I am struggling for what I should do now, provided that I have no work experience with only a high 2:1 degree. I did apply for some internship but I didn't get the offer. What should I do? I know it is too late to apply for industrial placement now. How likely can I get into a company without relevant work experience? Is it better for me to take part in an internship or placement after I graduate to gain some work experience better applying for jobs? Is there any other plans????? Thx

You'll have to do some research about what you can apply for and apply for a combination of jobs, placements and internships. As long as you've put effort into your application and have had someone help you with your CV and interview skills you can only apply and find out what happens.
