I am in need of a great help. So, i got an offer from Leeds and Exeter for Law. But can someone tell me which one is the best decision, why and which one could land me a job in the best law firms?

The university you go to will not land you a job in law. You should consider everything each uni has to offer in terms of course content, location, extra curricular etc and base your decision on that.
It take a lot more than the name of your university to land you a TC so bear this in mind.
