Help need- ingrown hair on balls
Basically a few months ago i shaved my balls ( never doing this again) and i was left with two white bumps which i thought were ungrown hairs . i left it alone all till now as i thought it would heal itself. Over the last two days the white lump has turned from a tiny little lump into a massive red one. Should i pop it with a needle?
