Where to find small-size hats?

    I have a very small head and as such it's pretty much impossible to find hats that fit me. I measured my head and it's 21 inches in circumference, but even hats in that size are absolutely huge on me for some reason, I'm sure I didn't measure myself wrong. The ones I found were from ASOS and were the smallest I've managed to find so far. I've tried adjusting them to make them smaller but that never works, they're still very loose.

    Is there any brand that sells hats that are smaller than this that aren't for kids?

    What sort of hat are you looking for? Tilley sell hats; but their smallest ( 6 7/8) is 21 5/8 inches / 55cm, which is a little too big for you?

    Apart from the children's section in stores, I think that these two websites would be most suitable:
