Drink problem

My friend has a drink problem. It is to the extent he drinks most nights and slurs his words and urinates in the street. I am sick and tired of him as when he is drunk he always comments on my personal life and the urinating is getting me annoyed. His fiancee always excuses him and runs around after him like a child. His 'friends' buy his alcohol and buy him alcohol for his birthday which makes it worse. I don't know how to distance myself from him as when he is sober he is nice but his drinking is making me uncomfortable. I find it hard as we have mutual friends who I still want to see.
