Girls: bladder vs period pads?

    i picjed up some pads a couple of qeeks ago to stock up since i was low. Basically now im on my period and ive realsied i actually picked up bladder pads for urinal incontince and leakages . I got the interlude extra pads i just saw the description lady and picked it up lol
    Ive used them before for my period and they seem ok but now i now there bot pads im getting kindof paranoid that they maynotbe good. I have a very heavy flow and all.

    So girls has anyone ever accidently picked this up like me lol and if youve used them for periods are they good

    Ive googled the difference between the two types of pads ot seems theres not much but idk im kind of confused :/
