can you believe in god but not ghosts, or vice versa?
i mean i know you can, but do people generally do it?

I'd say most atheists don't but it's not impossible. There was even an atheist on here once who believed in an afterlife.

I know a few people who are open to ghosts but will probably fight you if you try to convince them that God might exist.

So yeah you can do all that stuff I guess so long as you can rationalise it.
