    Sup my brothers

Was wondering whats the best way to prep. for spring weeks, as I've heard they are quite luck based applications. How can we maximise our chances of getting in?

I'll only have one insight day from an IB and also have some engineering/physics work experience, so no real finance experience, as insights are a bit of a doddle.

I am off to a target and studying a stem, and am likely to achieve very good a-levels, though doubt that'll help that much tbh.
    1. Would going to the bright network festival help? Heard its as good as insights at IB's and some particular events can help (like future leaders etc.).
    2. How should be network in first year?

    don't fail any tests

When's the best time to apply?
