    I'm really confused here...

I chose to print and send the declaration form with all my other documents instead of wait for them to send it to me, but it's been around 2 months and it still states under my "to do list" that I need to "Print and send your declaration form"

At the top it also says STATUS APPLICATION SUBMITTED.

Does anyone else still have this under their to do list? Does it just stay there throughout the process?
No, it shouldn't look like that. Reprint and send the declaration as requested. Phone SF to find out, but it shouldn't take two months to process a simple declaration.

It looks like this btw, is it not meant to be there?
Not if you've already sent it. The fact that you're seeing that message indicates that either SF didn't get it or you sent it in the wrong order and it was disregarded.

Print and send it again - seriously, it's the price of a stamp and it's done. You need to stop mithering on the internet and take action.*
