At the top it also says STATUS APPLICATION SUBMITTED.

Does anyone else still have this under their to do list? Does it just stay there throughout the process?


No, it shouldn't look like that. Reprint and send the declaration as requested. Phone SF to find out, but it shouldn't take two months to process a simple declaration.

Not if you've already sent it. The fact that you're seeing that message indicates that either SF didn't get it or you sent it in the wrong order and it was disregarded.

Print and send it again - seriously, it's the price of a stamp and it's done. You need to stop mithering on the internet and take action.*
