Plz help! UCL vs HKU

Hi! I am a student from Hong Kong and I have a huge huge problem right now!

Originally, I planned to study medicine in HKU; yet, my exam results isn't good enough. Therefore, I have to choose between UCL pharmacology and HKU biomedical science.

I have received a condition offer for 2016/17 pharmacology undergraduate degree in UCL in which all the conditions are met. However, HKU also accepts my application for biomedical science. Could you please help me compare these two course and which one suit me most? Thank you very much!!

1.university life (atmosphere, student-teacher relationship, activities...)
2. Academic reputation
3. Chances of transferring to HKU MBBS or taking it as a second degree course
4. Career prospect
5. Study of human biology (I did not study biology in secondary school but i want to familiarise with it in order to study well in medicine)...
