Basically I want to become hench/ripped or fit. So obviously I intend on eating protein such as tuna, eggs and chicken. But I also found that eating such things can increase testosterones. So if I also incorporate food that lower testosterone levels with high protein foods mentioned above can I still go ripped/hench/fit without a really high testosterone level.
If you want to know why I want to decrease my t-levels its because I want to decrease my libido since I intend on becoming an emotionless person and an assassin like agent 47 - LOL

Being fat or too thin will lower your test. Just eat well and be healthy, that's all you can do for your natural testosterone levels

Ermmm... having low testosterone levels certainly isn't going to make you emotionless. Quite the opposite, in fact, you might experience mood swings and feel like crap.

wtf did I just read? O.o
