Is there away to lower your libido yet increase testosterone levels e.g. such as eating special foods or certain exercises or certain actions such as making new friends e.t.c
Thanks my TSR brothers and sisters

    Not really.

Why do you want to lower libido and increase test? They sort of go hand in hand.

Can't comment on lowering your libido (masturbate more?).

But for test, your best shot is Vit D3 and ZMA supplements, but they don't really make a difference unless your actually deficient in either.

Other than that, the only way to appreciably increase your test levels is to take exogenous hormones/testosterone which you have no reason too.
