Is there any possible way for me to study abroad at 16?

I start sixth form/college this September but I'm really sick of my area and the people who live in my house, my dream is to move far away in like Japan or Seoul, South Korea or even Paris - is there any way at all?

It'd be more feasible once you're 18 as you could go to university abroad. Though cost is a big concern and student finance doesn't fund overseas education. You could possibly talk to your college about possibly setting up a foreign exchange? It'd be short term but might be a good experience, but again you need to think of how you'd pay for your travel, stay and education.
