I want to study at a top tier UK university(Oxbridge,Imperial,UCL , Manchester etc.) and study either medicine or Law. What extra curricular activities would help push an application that little bit further considering all the grades are fine

Well first decide which of the two fields you want to persue because they are both completely different.

I originally wanted to do medicine, and now have decided upon law.

Extra curriculars, however, are, on their own, completely irrelevant. Universities are only interested in what you learn/take from the ECs and how they relate to what you want to study.
