I've been thinking about this for some time now and l have loads of Urban Decay eye shadows and I have only recently have gotten into Too Faced. I find Too Faced eye shadows a lot more creamy to put on and plus they have less fall out than other eye shadows. I have a blog on my new palette the chocolate bar palette, honestly I would like to think l'm not the only person who thinks this

nope!! Too Faced is waaaaaay better than Urban Decay!

It depends what you are buying from Urban Decay. If you are comparing the naked palettes to the too faced palettes then yes, the naked palettes do have a lot of fallout. But it's nothing some shadow shields can fix. Also, if you bake underneath your eyes before putting eyeshadow on, it will eliminate any fallout because the powder acts as a barrier and after you brush the powder off the fall out will go away too. While the too faced eyeshadows do have a creamy and buttery consistency, some of the eyeshadows are a hit or miss and I find that some of the eyeshadows are quite chalky in consistency and a bit sheer, and while the naked palettes do have a lot of fallout, they are so much better on the lid and are a lot more pigmented. They both have pretty similar shades so it doesn't hugely matter which one you go for.
