Difference between Marine Geography and Oceanography?

I was looking into studying Marine Geography at Cardiff University, but as this course only appears to be available to do at two universities (Cardiff and Bangor), I was wondering if there was a large difference between Marine Geography and Oceanography, as oceanography is available at more universities so would give me more options.

Also, is anyone currently studying Marine Geography at Cardiff? Would you recommend it? What's it like studying/living in Cardiff?
