That's how sick your thinking is. Every human life is worth an equal amount. You shouldn't be hoping that it was a certain nationality.

I would definitely refuse to answer that question. It's like a parents picking their favourite child- the question shouldn't exist at all.

I'm assuming then that if someone of your nationality was killed abroad you'd be glad it wasn't a native?
It doesn't matter whether the victim was a German or a foreigner. If you think it does, you are xenophobic.

If an attack happened in Britain, what would you consider a worse situation, if one British person dies or two foreign people die? If you choose one British person as being worse, how many foreign people would need to die for you to consider their deaths equally as bad the death of a single British person?

What about when the question being asked is so stupid that it doesn't deserve a response in the first place? I don't even know how to respond to what you're trying to ask. I don't have a preference for one nationality to die over another. I think all innocent human life is equally deserving of respect, which is why I donate to charities that help people all over the world, not just the UK.

There's no need to get snarky and ratty with me just because I won't answer your obviously biased and racially loaded dumb question

You are changing your premise now because you know how ridiculous you are coming across. The comparison was not regarding a foreigner or a family/ friend. It was a native vs foreigner.

The user said that he views ALL life as equal, I correctly gave a situation where he realistically would not view it equal.
