Okay, I've never played this before so:

Went to the right then up to the top of the bedroom then walked into the right wall three times before going left to approach the stairs but then someone cheekily opened the menu and opened up our bag! But they also pressed A again to cancel and go back out the bag :rofl: so now we've got the menu open, someone will have to press B to close it!

Update: Pressed START which exited us out the menu then looked up and pointlessly pressed A on the wall before going left down the stairs then down twice into the living room

Update: Walked left and pressed A to talk to our mum who had this to say:
"Right... All boys leave home someday. It said so on TV. Oh yes, Prof. Oak, next door, was looking for you."



That red mat at the bottom is where we need to go to exit our house by the way.

Update: After some straightforward manoeuvering left & down we finally leave our house and into Pallet Town!
