Are women using their gender as an excuse to succeed?

People do this? :confused: I personally have never heard of any females using that as an excuse


It is more of a belief and their was a survey that I will try to find that proves this.

Yes if they are being sexually discrimated against in their profession or workplace?

Some will of course then again you can't really fault them for using theirfeminine wiles or exploiting the system to.. got to bring home the bacon after all.
I have heard of this issue before and it gives me mixed views. My personal opinion is regarding this whatever your gender, race, religion or sexual orientation and also disability to a point, job opportunities should be equal and the best for the job should get the job. In the past, women have been discriminated on the bases that men will be chosen more or be paid more. But if you are a woman and use your gender to get what you want, you're just as bad as the people who used to always employ males.
