Higher apprenticeship or uni degree (computers)

I have a conditional at Hertfordshire uni for computer science (networking) and I got a telephone interview with o2 for a higher apprenticeship in cyber security.

With Hertfordshire uni I would get a degree but whether I would secure employment quickly after is questionable considering employers prefers experience when it comes to computing. Also I would be in debt which is no good.

With o2's higher apprenticeship in cyber security I get a ton of experience from working in o2's head office in Slough (which is really cool) and get paid £18,500 a year. What qualifications will I get?
Level 4 Diploma in Cyber Security Technologist and a Level 4 Certificate in Cyber Security Technologist.

My question is would the apprenticeship be a better choice and are those Level 4 qualifications recognised by other companies so I can secure other jobs just in case o2 do not keep me after?

Thanks.
